Call Notes Dashboard

Overview

The Call Notes Dashboard in the call-notes module gives you a single place to review and manage call notes tied to your projects. You can quickly find recent conversations, track follow-ups, and make sure stakeholders and contacts stay aligned.

How to Access

  1. Open your Compass workspace.
  2. From the main navigation, select Call Notes.
  3. Choose Dashboard.

Key Features

  • At-a-glance view of recent call notes so you can catch up on the latest project conversations quickly.
  • Project-linked call notes to keep discussions connected to the right project context.
  • Search and filtering to locate call notes by project, stakeholder, contact, date, or status (for example, “needs follow-up”).
  • Follow-up tracking so you can identify what needs action and keep tasks moving.
  • Quick access to details to open a call note, review decisions, and confirm next steps without digging through multiple screens.
