Call Notes Dashboard

Overview

The Call Notes dashboard helps you manage Call Notes in Compass. From this dashboard, you work with Call Notes in the key areas Dashboard, Projects, and Tasks.

How to access

In the Compass sidebar, go to Call Notes.

Key features

  • Create a call note: Click Create New Call Note.
  • Work with Call Notes by area:
    • Projects: View the Call Notes Projects table.
    • Tasks: View the Call Notes Tasks table.
  • View notes in tables:
    • Call Notes Projects table column: Note
    • Call Notes Tasks table column: Note
  • Available dialogs:
    • Add Task
    • Personal Task
    • Delete Call Type
    • Discard changes?
    • Share link to report:

  • Note: The note content shown in the Call Notes Projects table and the Call Notes Tasks table.
  • Upload: Label Upload.
  • Delete: Label Delete.
  • Description: Label Description.
  • Department: Label Department.
  • Projects: Label Projects.
  • Tasks: Label Tasks.
  • Timeline: Label Timeline.
  • Users with Access: Label Users with Access.
  • Call Type Name: Label Call Type Name.
