Call Notes for Projects

Overview

The Call Notes for Projects feature helps you capture and organize call details directly within a specific project. You can keep decisions, next steps, and stakeholder updates in one place so your team can stay aligned and move tasks forward.

How to Access

  1. Open your workspace.
  2. Go to the Projects module (see ../projects/projects-overview).
  3. Select the project you want to update.
  4. Open the Call Notes module.
  5. Choose Projects to view or add call notes tied to that project.

  • Project-linked call notes: Create call notes that are automatically associated with the project you're working on.
