Call Notes Tasks
Overview
The Call Notes Tasks feature helps you turn what you discussed on a call into clear, trackable tasks. You can capture action items directly from your call notes so nothing gets missed and your project stays on schedule.
How to Access
- Open your workspace in Compass.
- Go to the Call Notes module.
- Select the call note you want to work with.
- Open the Tasks feature to view, add, or update tasks linked to that call note.
Key Features
- Create tasks from call notes so action items are captured while details are fresh.
- Link tasks to the right project to keep work organized and easy to find.
- Assign owners so every task has a responsible user.
- Set due dates and priorities to keep follow-ups on track.
- Track task status (for example: open, in progress, done) to see what's still outstanding from the call.
- Keep context attached by tying tasks back to the specific call note they came from.
