Call Notes Tasks

Overview

The Call Notes Tasks feature helps you turn what you discussed on a call into clear, trackable tasks. You can capture action items directly from your call notes so nothing gets missed and your project stays on schedule.

How to Access

  1. Open your workspace in Compass.
  2. Go to the Call Notes module.
  3. Select the call note you want to work with.
  4. Open the Tasks feature to view, add, or update tasks linked to that call note.

Key Features

  • Create tasks from call notes so action items are captured while details are fresh.
  • Link tasks to the right project to keep work organized and easy to find.
  • Assign owners so every task has a responsible user.
  • Set due dates and priorities to keep follow-ups on track.
  • Track task status (for example: open, in progress, done) to see what's still outstanding from the call.
  • Keep context attached by tying tasks back to the specific call note they came from.
