Manage a centralized directory of external partners, clients, and team members.

Module Structure

The Contacts module has two main areas, accessible via tabs in the header:

DashboardThe main directory view. Search, filter, sort, group, and manage your contact list here.
Custom FieldsConfigure additional data fields for your contacts to match your organization's needs.

Quick Actions

  1. Create New Contact: Click the Create New Contact button in the module header (requires write permission).
  2. Search: Use the search bar in the Dashboard table to find contacts.
  3. Import: Use the Import Contacts button on the Dashboard table header to upload contacts in bulk.
  4. Export: Use the Export xlsx button on the Dashboard table header to download your current view.
