Entities Dashboard

Overview​

The Entities dashboard lets you manage organizational units and their specific settings. From this dashboard, you can create new entities and manage existing ones using the available table actions.

How to access​

In the Compass sidebar, go to Entities.

Key features​

  • View the Entities dashboard.
  • Create New Entity: Click Create Entity to open the Create Entity dialog.
  • View Entity Details: Open entity details to view Entity Name, view Currency, and view Absence Management Settings.
  • Bulk Delete: Use Bulk Delete on the dashboard.
  • Delete Entity: Use Delete Entity from the Entities table Actions.

Field descriptions​

Entities table (dashboard)​

  • Actions: Contains available actions for each entity, including Delete Entity.
  • Name: Shows the entity Name.

Create Entity (modal)​

  • Name: The entity name.
  • Currency: The entity currency.

Entity details​

  • Entity Name: The entity name.
  • Currency: The entity currency.
  • Absence Management Settings: Entity-specific absence settings, including:
    • Contractual Year Begins
    • Yearly Holiday Allowance
    • Holiday Allowance Proration Method
    • Holiday Allowance Rounding Method
    • Entity Holiday Allowance Proration Method
    • Entity Holiday Allowance Rounding Method
    • Half Day Holiday Request Approval Allowed
    • Holiday Requests Require Approval
    • First Holiday Approval Instance
    • Second Holiday Approval Instance
    • Holidays Can Be Carried Over To Next Year
    • Automatic Carryover
    • Carryover Cap
    • Carryover Holidays Usage Period
    • Carryover Requests Require Approval
