Actual Income in a Financial Plan

Overview

Actual Income lets you view and manage Actual Income entries inside a Financial Plan. You work with Actual Income Line Entity records, including amounts and notes, and you can view and delete files for an actual income line.

How to access

  1. In the Finance module sidebar, click Financial Plans.
  2. Open a financial plan.
  3. In the financial plan tabs, click Actual Income.

Key features

  • View Financial Plan Details while working in the Actual Income tab.
  • Add New Entry to the Actual Income table.
  • Edit Financial Plan data related to actual income.
  • Delete Item from actual income entries, including Delete income line.
  • Manage files for actual income lines:
    • View the Actual Income Line Files Table
    • Delete file
  • Use Save Changes to save your updates.
  • Use Bulk Delete for actual income items.
  • Use Reset List to Filter Criteria.
  • Use Sync New Data.

Field descriptions

Actual Income table (columns)

  • Actions: Actions available for the actual income row.
  • Income Position: The income position for the entry.
  • Entity: The entity linked to the entry.
  • Amount: The amount for the entry.
  • Notes: Notes for the entry.
  • Created At: When the entry was created.
  • Created By: Who created the entry.
  • Updated At: When the entry was last updated.
  • Updated By: Who last updated the entry.

Actual income line files

  • File: The file for an actual income line.
  • Actual Income Line Files Table (columns):
    • Actions: Actions available for the file row.
    • Name: File name.
    • Date Created: When the file was added.
    • Added By: Who added the file.
  • Actual Income Line Entity: The record type used for actual income lines.
  • Income Line / Income Line Entity / Income Line Item: Income line details used in the financial plan.
  • Income Lines Value: Value for income lines.
  • Variance: Variance value.
  • Variance % / Variance Percentage: Variance shown as a percentage.
