Actual Income in a Financial Plan
Overview
Actual Income lets you view and manage Actual Income entries within a Financial Plan. You use it to record Amount and Notes against an Income Line and Entity, and to review the related table details for each entry.
How to access
- In the Finance module sidebar, click Financial Plans.
- Open a Single Financial Plan (Financial Plan Detail).
- Click the Actual Income tab.
Key features
- View Financial Plan Details for Actual Income within a Single Financial Plan.
- Add New Entry to the Actual Income table.
- Delete Item from Actual Income.
- Work with Actual Income Line Entity and Income Line Entity values on Actual Income entries.
- View and use the Actual Income Table columns: Actions, Income Position, Entity, Amount, Notes, Created At, Created By, Updated At, Updated By.
- Manage files for Actual Income lines using the Actual Income Line Files Table columns: Actions, Name, Date Created, Added By.
- Use Files and Documents Edit for Actual Income line files, including Delete file.
Field descriptions
- Income Position: The income position shown for each row in the Actual Income table.
- Entity: The entity associated with the Actual Income entry.
- Amount: The value recorded for the Actual Income entry.
- Notes: Notes recorded for the Actual Income entry.
- Created At: When the Actual Income entry was created.
- Created By: The user who created the Actual Income entry.
- Updated At: When the Actual Income entry was last updated.
- Updated By: The user who last updated the Actual Income entry.
- File: A file attached to an Actual Income line (managed under Files).
- Name (files table): The file name shown in the Actual Income Line Files Table.
- Date Created (files table): When the file was added.
- Added By (files table): The user who added the file.
- Actual Income Line Entity: The entity value used for Actual Income line entries.
- Income Line Entity: The entity value associated with an income line.
