Finance Dashboard

Overview​

The Finance dashboard is the dashboard area of the Finance module. It supports tracking financial plans, including planned vs actual costs, and income contingency. The Finance dashboard uses a shared dashboard widget.

How to access​

In the Compass sidebar, go to Finance and click Dashboard.

Key features​

  • View the Dashboard for the Finance module (shared dashboard widget).
  • Work with Financial Plans from the Finance module, which tracks Financial Plan, Planned Cost, Planned Income, Actual Cost, and Actual Income.

Field descriptions​

The Finance dashboard feature includes the following Finance fields:

  • Financial Plan: A finance record used to track planned and actual values.
  • Planned Cost: Planned cost values in a financial plan.
  • Actual Cost: Actual cost values in a financial plan.
  • Planned Income: Planned income values in a financial plan.
  • Actual Income: Actual income values in a financial plan.
  • Planned Income Contingency: The planned income contingency value.
  • Income Contingency: An income contingency value used in finance tracking.
