Projects Dashboard

Overview​

The Projects dashboard is the main dashboard view in the Projects module where you initiate, track, and manage projects. From this dashboard, you work with the Projects table and use available project actions such as creating and editing projects.

How to access​

In the Compass sidebar, click Projects, then click Dashboard.

Key features​

  • View the Dashboard in the Projects module.
  • Click + Create New Project to start creating a new project.
  • Use Bulk Delete to delete multiple projects.
  • Use Edit Project to update an existing project.
  • View View Project Details for a project.

Field descriptions​

Projects table columns​

  • Actions: Shows available actions for a project.
  • Project Name: The name of the project.
  • Internal: Indicates whether the project is internal.
  • Private: Indicates whether the project is private.
  • Primary Target Date: The primary target date for the project.
  • Secondary Target Date: The secondary target date for the project.
  • Primary Director: The primary project director.
  • Secondary Director: The secondary project director.
  • Status: The project status.
  • Stage: The project stage.
  • At Risk: Indicates whether the project is at risk.
  • Risk Type: The project risk type.
  • Risk Adjusted Date: The risk-adjusted date for the project.
  • Risk Notes: Notes related to project risk.
  • Project Health: The project health value.
  • Blueprint: The blueprint associated with the project.
  • Parent Project: The parent project linked to the project.
  • Tags: Tags applied to the project.
  • Created At: When the project was created.
  • Updated At: When the project was last updated.
  • Created By: The user who created the project.
  • Updated By: The user who last updated the project.
