Properties Overview (Edit Property)

Overview

The Properties module manages properties in Compass. In this feature, you edit a property and work with the property’s overview and details.

How to access

Access Edit Property from the Properties area (for example, from the Dashboard or within a Single Property).

Key features

  • View Property Details so you can review a property’s information.
  • View Property Details in the Property Details area.
  • Edit Property to update an existing property.
  • Delete Property using Delete Property / Delete property.
  • Create New Property to add a new property.
  • Bulk Delete to remove multiple properties from the Dashboard list.
  • See property records in the Properties Table with these columns: Actions, Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Zip Code, City, Country, Owner, Franchisee, Manager, Created.

Field descriptions

  • Overview: The overview area for a property.
  • Property Details: Details for the selected property.
  • Property Detailed: A label related to detailed property information.
  • Property Status: The status field for a property.
  • Property Type: The type field for a property.
  • Base Information: Base information fields for the property.
  • Additional Information: Additional information fields for the property.
  • Address: Address fields for the property.
  • Address Information: Address information fields for the property.
  • Select City: A city selection field.
  • Contact Information: Contact information fields for the property.
  • Contacts: Contacts associated with the property.
  • Stakeholders: Stakeholders associated with the property.
  • Custom Fields: Custom fields for the property.
  • Define Fields: Where you define fields for the property (availability depends on configuration and access).
  • Define Fields Label: The label used for defined fields (availability depends on configuration and access).
  • Conditional Field: A field that appears only when applicable conditions are met.
  • External Sync Drift Warning: A warning related to external sync drift.
