Resource Scheduler

Overview​

The Resource Scheduler module manages Resource Scheduler. You use it to work with the Scheduler Calendar, resources, events, and templates from the Dashboard, Settings, and Templates areas.

How to access​

Go to one of the available areas:

  • Dashboard
  • Settings
  • Templates

Key features​

  • Create New Resource
  • Use the Scheduler Calendar
  • Change calendar view
  • Navigate the calendar: Go to today, Go to next period, Go to previous period
  • Set a Date Range Picker
  • Use Scheduler filters sidebar with a Filters Panel
  • Search events and resources
  • Search resources by name or email
  • Use Group By Option
  • View Legend
  • View Conflicts Display, including Conflict Absence, Conflict Event, and Conflict Trip
  • Work with events: New Event, Event card, Event Popover Content, Event Settings
  • Work with templates: Select a Template, Event Template Detail, Edit template, Delete template, Delete Event Template
  • Manage options: Add Status Options, Status Options, Select Default Status; Add Type Options, Type Options, Select Default Type
  • Close the sidebar: Close sidebar, Close sidebar overlay
  • Use delete dialogs: Delete Category, Delete Subcategory, Delete Template, Delete Event

Field descriptions​

  • Title: The title used for an event or template.
  • Description: The description used for an event or template.
  • Location: The location.
  • Meeting URL: The meeting URL.
  • Modality: The modality.
  • Event Type: The event type.
  • Category: The category used in the Resource Scheduler.
  • Subcategory: The subcategory used in the Resource Scheduler.
  • Status: The status used in the Resource Scheduler.
  • Type Options: The available type options.
  • Status Options: The available status options.
  • Select Default Type: The default type selection.
  • Select Default Status: The default status selection.
  • Start Date: The start date.
  • End Date: The end date.
  • Start Time: The start time.
  • End Time: The end time.
  • Time Picker: The time picker used to select times.
  • Date Range Picker: The date range picker used to select a date range.
  • Project: The project.
  • Template Name: The name of a template.
  • Select a Template: The template selection field.
  • Info Content: The information content shown in the Resource Scheduler.
  • Event Popover Content: The content shown in the event popover.
  • Conflicts Display: The conflicts display shown in the Resource Scheduler.
  • Conflict Absence: A conflict type for absence.
  • Conflict Event: A conflict type for an event.
  • Conflict Trip: A conflict type for a trip.
  • Search events and resources: The search used for events and resources.
  • Search resources by name or email: The search used for resources by name or email.
  • Group By Option: The option used to group items in the Resource Scheduler.
  • Legend: The legend shown in the Resource Scheduler.
  • Today: The today control in the calendar.
  • Event Template Detail: The detail view for an event template.
  • Event Settings: The settings for an event.
