Resource Scheduler Templates
Overview
The Templates feature in Resource Scheduler helps you work with templates for scheduler events. You use templates to select a template, view template details, edit templates, and delete templates.
How to access
Open Templates in Resource Scheduler.
Key features
- View and use Templates in Resource Scheduler.
- Select a Template (dialog title: Select a Template).
- Create a New Event using a selected template.
- View Event Template Detail.
- Edit template.
- Delete template (dialog title: Delete Template).
- Use Search events and resources.
- Use the Scheduler filters sidebar and Filters Panel.
- Use Group By Option.
- Use Change calendar view, Go to today, Go to next period, and Go to previous period on the Scheduler Calendar.
Field descriptions
- Template Name: The name of the template.
- Select a Template: The template you choose to use.
- Event Template Detail: The template detail view for an event template.
- Event Type: The type used for the event.
- Title: The event title.
- Description: The event description.
- Location: The event location.
- Meeting URL: The meeting link for the event.
- Modality: The modality for the event.
- Category: The category used for the template or event.
- Subcategory: The subcategory used for the template or event.
- Status: The status used for the template or event.
- Status Options / Type Options: The available status and type options.
- Add Status Options / Add Type Options: Add options for status or type.
- Select Default Status / Select Default Type: Set the default status or type.
- Start Date / End Date: The date range for the event.
- Start Time / End Time: The time range for the event.
- Date Range Picker: Select a date range.
- Time Picker: Select a time.
- Project: The project associated with the event.
- Event Settings: Settings for the event.
- Event Popover Content / Info Content: Information shown for an event.
- Event card: The event card shown in the calendar.
- Legend: The legend shown with the calendar.
- Conflicts Display: Where conflicts are shown.
- Conflict Absence / Conflict Event / Conflict Trip: Conflict types shown for an event.
