Surveys Overview

Create and distribute data-gathering forms for project stakeholders, and handle resulting responses securely.

The Surveys module allows you to collect structured feedback from stakeholders. Surveys are built from templates and distributed via email invitations. When surveys require resolution, responses are treated as trackable tickets through Response Handling.

Key Features

  • Template-Based Creation: Create surveys from reusable templates that define questions, structure, and default settings.
  • SurveyJS Form Builder: Design survey forms using the SurveyJS form builder with 21+ question types.
  • Response Handling (SLA Configuration): When resolution is required, configure ticketing behaviors such as Default Response Priority (Low, Medium, High, Critical), automatic assignees, default resolution periods, and escalation contacts.
  • Project Relationships: Link surveys directly to one or more projects via searchable tags.
  • Response Management: Track submissions, update priorities, and manage resolution workflows.
  • Response Rules: Define automated actions (like setting assignee or priority) based on submitted response values.
  • Invitation System: Distribute surveys via email using the Send Invite button.
  • Bulk Delete: Select multiple surveys in the dashboard to remove them at once (requires write permission).
