Task Catalog Change History

Overview

Task Catalog Change History lets you review changes recorded for a task catalog. You use it to see change history items and related details that appear in the task catalog’s Change History tab.

How to access

  1. In the Compass sidebar, go to Tasks.
  2. In the Tasks module header navigation, click Task Catalogs (this feature can be capability-gated; you may need permission to access Catalogs).
  3. Open a task catalog (if you have access to Catalogs).
  4. Click the Change History tab.

Key features

  • View a task catalog’s Change History tab (task catalog tabs include Overview, Rules, Pending Reviews, and Change History).
  • Review History and History Item entries associated with the task catalog.
  • See Recent Catalog Updates information shown for catalog updates.

Field descriptions

The Change History view uses the following fields that are listed for task catalog history and history items:

  • History: The change history area for the task catalog.
  • History Item: A single recorded change entry.
  • Edits History Item: Indicates an edit entry in the history.
  • Boolean Field Change: A recorded change to a boolean field.
  • Date Field Change: A recorded change to a date field.
  • Dependency Array Field Change: A recorded change to a dependency list.
  • File Array Field Change: A recorded change to a file list.
  • Number Field Change: A recorded change to a numeric field.
  • Subtask Array Field Change: A recorded change to a subtask list.
  • Text Field Change: A recorded change to a text field.
  • User Array Field Change: A recorded change to a user list.
