Task Feedback

Overview

Task Feedback lets you view and work with feedback that is connected to tasks. In this feature, you use the Tasks Feedback table to see feedback entries and their details.

How to access

  1. In the Compass sidebar, go to Task Management.
  2. Open Task Catalogs (permission required).
  3. Open a Catalog Item.
  4. In the catalog item, use the Feedback field/area to view related feedback in the Tasks Feedback table.

Key features

  • View task feedback entries in the Tasks Feedback table.
  • Create feedback using Add New Feedback.
  • Allow Feedback for tasks (field: Allow Feedback).

Field descriptions

Tasks Feedback (table columns)

  • Date: The date of the feedback entry.
  • Submitted by: The user who submitted the feedback.
  • Related task: The task the feedback is connected to.
  • Category: The feedback category.
  • Comment: The feedback text.
  • Allow Feedback: Controls whether feedback is allowed.
  • Add New Feedback: Opens Add New Feedback to create feedback.
  • Create Feedback: Creates a feedback entry.
