Task Feedbacks

Overview

Task Feedbacks lets you view and create feedback connected to tasks. You use it to capture feedback entries with a category, comment, and resolution status, and to see when feedback was submitted and by whom.

How to access

  1. In the Compass sidebar, go to Tasks.
  2. In the Tasks module header navigation, click Task Management.
  3. View feedback from the Feedback column in the Catalog Items table.

Key features

  • View task feedback in a table that includes Date, Submitted by, Related task, Category, Comment, and Resolved.
  • Use Add New Feedback to add a feedback entry.

Field descriptions

Tasks Feedback table fields

  • Date: The date the feedback entry was recorded.
  • Submitted by: The user who submitted the feedback.
  • Related task: The task the feedback is connected to.
  • Category: The feedback category.
  • Comment: The feedback text.
  • Resolved: Whether the feedback is marked as resolved.
  • Feedback Categories: The list of available feedback categories.
  • Feedback Category: The category assigned to a feedback entry.
