Task Feedbacks
Overview
Task Feedbacks lets you view and manage feedback that is connected to tasks. You use it to add feedback entries and organize them using feedback categories.
How to access
- In your Compass workspace sidebar, go to Tasks.
- Click Task Management.
- Open the area labeled Feedback.
Key features
- View task feedback in a table using the Tasks Feedback Table columns: Date, Submitted by, Related task, Category, Comment, Resolved.
- Add a new feedback entry by using Add New Feedback.
- Add feedback categories by using Add Feedback Categories.
Field descriptions
Feedback entry fields (Tasks Feedback Table)
- Date: The date shown for the feedback entry.
- Submitted by: The user shown as the submitter.
- Related task: The task the feedback is connected to.
- Category: The feedback category shown for the entry.
- Comment: The feedback text shown for the entry.
- Resolved: The resolved state shown for the entry.
Feedback configuration fields
- Allow Feedback: Controls whether feedback is allowed.
- Feedback Categories / Feedback Category: The categories available for feedback.
- Selected Default Feedback Category: The default category selection used for feedback.
