Task Catalogs Overview

Overview​

Task Catalogs Overview lets you view task catalogs in the Tasks module and review key catalog details in a table. From this overview, you can open a single catalog to access its catalog-level tabs: Overview, Pending Reviews, and Change History. The Rules tab is currently disabled/under development.

How to access​

In the Compass sidebar, go to Tasks and select Task Catalogs. (Task Catalogs is capability-gated and only appears if your user role has permission.)

Key features​

  • View a list of task catalogs in the Catalogs Table.
  • Open a single catalog from the list to access the catalog tabs: Overview, Pending Reviews, and Change History. (The Rules tab is currently disabled/under development.)
  • Use catalog table Actions to manage catalogs (as available in the table).

Field descriptions​

The Task Catalogs Overview table includes these columns:

  • Actions: Catalog actions available from the overview table.
  • Created: When the catalog was created.
  • Name: The catalog name.
  • Owners: The catalog owners.
  • Collaborators: The catalog collaborators.
  • Project Blueprints: The project blueprints linked to the catalog.
  • Workspaces: The workspaces associated with the catalog.
  • Category: The catalog category.
  • Subcategory: The catalog subcategory.
  • Notes: Notes saved on the catalog.
