Task Settings

Overview​

Task Settings is a capability-gated feature in the Tasks module. You use it to manage task-related configuration options that appear under Settings in the Tasks navigation.

How to access​

  1. In the Compass sidebar, go to Tasks.
  2. Click Settings (if available).
    • Settings is capability-gated (permission required). If you do not have permission, you will not see it.

Key features​

  • Capability-gated access: The Settings tab is only available when your user permissions allow it.
  • Task configuration options labeled in Settings: Task-related configuration options include labels such as General Settings, Define Fields, Priority Levels, and Workspaces.
