Sign-Up Requests

Review and manage user sign-up requests for your workspace.

Overview

When new users request access to your Compass workspace (e.g., via an access code), their requests appear here for administrators to review and approve or reject.

Accessing Sign-Up Requests

  1. Go to Users & Roles in the left sidebar
  2. Select Sign-up Requests tab
  3. View pending requests

Managing Requests

Each request row has an Actions column with options to:

ActionDescription
ApproveGrant the user access to the workspace and assign their requested role.
RejectDeny the request and prevent the user from joining with this invitation.

Bulk deletion of requests is also available via row selection.

Request Columns

The requests table displays the following columns:

Requested OnThe date and time the request was submitted
RolesThe roles that will be assigned to the user upon approval
First NameThe user's first name
Last NameThe user's last name
PositionTheir job title or position
EmailThe email address used for the request
StatusCurrent state (e.g., Pending, Approved, Rejected)
Access CodeThe code used by the user to initiate the sign-up (if applicable)
Processed ByThe administrator who approved or rejected the request
Processed OnThe date and time the request was processed

An Export xlsx button is available in the header to export the requests data.
