Users (Users & Roles)

Overview

The Users feature in the Users & Roles module lets you manage users in your workspace. You use it to Create New User, Edit User, and View User Details. It also supports Bulk Delete for users.

How to access

In the Compass sidebar, go to Users And Roles, then click the Users tab.

Key features

• Dashboard: Uses the shared PersonalDashboard widget.
• Create New User: Create a new user from the Users feature.
• Edit User: Update an existing user.
• View User Details: Open a user to view their details.
• Bulk Delete: Delete multiple users at once.

Field descriptions

The Users feature includes the following fields (as listed for the module):

• Actions: User-related actions available from the Users table.
• Invited: Invitation-related value shown for a user.
• Last Access: The user’s last access value.
• Roles: The roles associated with the user.
• Type: The user type.
• First Name: The user’s first name.
• Last Name: The user’s last name.
• User Status: The user’s status value.
• Team Lead: The user’s team lead value.
• Team: The user’s team value.
• Email Address: Email address information for the user.
• Phone Number: Phone number information for the user.
• Position: The user’s position.
• Location: The user’s location.
• Timezone: The user’s timezone.
• User Photo: The user’s photo information.
• Personal Information: Personal information for the user.
• User Details: The user’s details.
• Absence Management: Absence management information for the user.
• Work Schedule: Work schedule information for the user.
• Project Access: Project access information for the user.
• Access Expiration Date: The user’s access expiration date.
• Access Level: The user’s access level.
• Security Settings: Security settings for the user.
• Subject To Absence Management: Whether the user is subject to absence management.
• Activate user / Disable user / Delete user: User status and deletion controls available for a user.
