Widget Permissions

Control which dashboard widgets are visible for each role.

Overview

Widget Permissions allow administrators to configure which widgets (dashboard components) are available to users based on their role. This helps tailor the user experience so each role sees only the information relevant to them.

Accessing Widget Permissions

  1. Go to Users & Roles
  2. Open a Role
  3. Select the Widget Permissions tab

Configuring Widget Permissions

  1. Open the role you want to configure
  2. Go to the Widget Permissions tab
  3. Toggle widgets on or off for this role
  4. Save changes

How It Works

  • Each role can have different widget visibility settings
  • Users only see widgets enabled for their role
  • Changes apply to all users assigned to that role
