Brands
Manage brand information for your organization.
What is the Brands Module?
The Brands module lets you create and manage brand records. Each brand stores identification details, classification, and visual branding that can be referenced by other modules such as Properties.
Accessing Brands
- Click Brands in the left sidebar.
- You'll see the Brands dashboard listing all brands in a table.
Module Navigation
The Brands header contains two tabs:
- Brands — The main dashboard with the brands table.
- Settings — Configure Brand Types, Service Levels, and Brand Categories (visible to users with write permission).
A Create New Brand button appears in the header for users with write access.
Brand Fields
Each brand record has the following fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The brand name (required). |
| External Reference | An external reference code or ID for syncing with other systems. |
| Website | The brand's website URL. |
| Brand Type | The type classification assigned to the brand. Options are configured in Settings. |
| Service Level | The service level assigned to the brand. Options are configured in Settings. |
| Brand Category | The category assigned to the brand. Options are configured in Settings. |
| Status | Active or Inactive. |
| Brand Logo | Upload a visual identifier (PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF; max 5 MB). |
Dashboard Table
The dashboard displays brands in a table with the following columns:
Actions · Name · Reference · Type · Service Level · Category · Status · Website · Created By · Created
The table can be grouped by Brand Type, Status, Service Level, Category, or Created By.
Creating a Brand
- Click the Create New Brand button in the header.
- Fill in the brand fields.
- Click Create to save the new brand.
Editing a Brand
- Click the edit action on a brand row in the table.
- The edit modal opens with the brand's current data.
- Update any fields.
- Click Save.
