Managing Stakeholders

Update and maintain stakeholder profiles.

Editing Profiles

To update a stakeholder's details:

  1. Navigate to the Stakeholders dashboard.
  2. Click on a stakeholder row to open the Single Stakeholder View.
  3. Modify the necessary fields in the form sections (Base Information, Contact, Address).
  4. Click Save in the footer to apply changes.
caution

When navigating away with unsaved changes, a browser confirmation dialog will appear asking: "You have unsaved changes. Are you sure you want to leave?"

Tip: Updates to the Type field may show or hide conditional data fields (Coverage, Approval Status).

You can create and manage contact records linked to a stakeholder within the Related Contacts section of the Single Stakeholder page.

info

The Related Contacts section is only visible if you have read permission on the Contacts module.

Adding a Contact

  1. Open the stakeholder record.
  2. Scroll to the Related Contacts section.
  3. Click Add New Contact.
  4. Fill in the contact details in the modal that opens.
  5. Click Create to save.

Editing and Deleting Contacts

Each contact card in the list has edit and delete actions. Click a contact's edit button to open the same modal in edit mode, or delete to remove the contact from this stakeholder.

The related contacts list supports search and pagination (10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 items per page).

Managing Status

Use the Status field to control visibility:

  • Active: The stakeholder is currently engaged and visible in project selectors.
  • Inactive: The stakeholder is archived but historic data is preserved.

The ActiveStakeholderButton in the Single Stakeholder header provides a quick toggle for this field.

Internal Notes

Use the Notes section on the Single Stakeholder page to log private information such as performance reviews, internal relationship context, or meeting summaries.
