Stakeholders Overview

Manage external organizations, partners, clients, and authorities.

The Stakeholders module serves as a centralized database for all external organizations involved in your projects. Unlike individual Contacts, Stakeholders typically represent organizations or official bodies that require detailed tracking of financial, legal, and compliance data.

Key Features

  • Organization Profiles: Track detailed company information including registration numbers, tax IDs, and banking details.
  • Compliance & Status: Monitor approval statuses (Approved, Not Approved, or Black-listed) and contract validity.
  • Type-Based Logic: Automatically show or hide relevant data fields (like Coverage or Approval Status) based on the stakeholder type.
  • Financial Data: Store VAT status, payment terms, and bank details.
  • Project Integration: Link stakeholders to projects to track their involvement and responsibilities.

Module Structure

The module header displays a single Stakeholders tab (the dashboard). Clicking a stakeholder row navigates to a dedicated Single Stakeholder page with its own layout and header.

Quick Actions

  1. Create Stakeholder: Click Create New Stakeholder in the module header (requires write permission).
  2. Export: Click Export xlsx on the dashboard table header to download the list.
  3. Filter: Use the table filters to find stakeholders by any attribute.
