Signing In

Learn how to access your Compass account using email/password, SSO, or access codes.

First-time users

If you have not created your account yet, complete Sign Up for COMPASS first. SSO only works after the sign-up form has been completed once.

Overview

Compass supports multiple sign-in methods to accommodate different organizational needs:

  • Email & Password - Standard authentication
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) - Corporate authentication via SAML
  • Access Code - Code-based authentication for invited users

Signing In with Email and Password

Step 1: Navigate to Sign In

  1. Go to your Compass URL (provided by your administrator)
  2. You'll see the Sign In page

Step 2: Enter Credentials

  1. Enter your Email Address in the email field
  2. Enter your Password in the password field
  3. Click Sign In

Step 3: Two-Factor Authentication (If Enabled)

If your account has 2FA enabled:

  1. After entering credentials, you'll be redirected to the 2FA page
  2. Enter the 6-digit code (sent to your email or from your authenticator app, depending on your 2FA setup)
  3. Click Verify

Signing In with SSO

If your organization uses Single Sign-On:

First time? Complete the sign-up form from your invitation email or access code before using SSO. SSO cannot create your COMPASS account by itself.

  1. Click the SSO (sign in via corporate) button
  2. You'll be redirected to your organization's SSO provider
  3. Sign in with your corporate credentials
  4. You'll be automatically redirected back to Compass

Note: SSO must be configured by your administrator. Contact them if you don't see the SSO option.

Signing In with Access Code

For users who received an access code:

  1. Click Sign-up using Access Code on the sign-in page
  2. Enter your access code
  3. Follow the prompts to complete setup
