View and manage survey submissions.

Viewing Responses

  1. Open the survey.
  2. Go to the Responses tab.
  3. All submissions are listed in a table.

Response List

The responses tab displays a summary table of all submissions, including:

ColumnDescription
RespondentThe person who submitted the response (if not anonymous)
DateWhen the response was submitted
StatusCurrent resolution status (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Completed)
PriorityUrgency level assigned to the response
AssigneesInternal team members assigned to handle the response

Individual Response Details

Click a row in the table to open the Response Detail Drawer. Here you can:

  • View all question answers.
  • Manage internal comments and notes.
  • Track history of changes to the response.
  • Manage attachments related to the response.

Response Rules

Automate field updates based on response data:

Example:

If it Matches...Then...
Rating is less than 3Set Priority to High

Creating Rules

  1. Go to the Response Rules tab
  2. Click Create New Response Rule
  3. Set conditions
  4. Define actions (Set [field] To [value])
  5. Save
