Project Contacts

Overview

Project Contacts lets you work with the contacts connected to a project from the Contacts tab in a project. You can add contacts to the project, view contact details, and manage project relationships for each contact.

How to access

  1. In the Compass sidebar, go to Projects.
  2. Open a project to view Project Details.
  3. Click the Contacts tab.

Key features

  • Add contacts to a project
    • Use Add Contact.
    • Choose Add Existing Contact.
  • View contact information
    • Use Contact Details and Contact List to review contacts connected to the project.
  • Review related stakeholders for a project contact
    • Use Related Stakeholders on a project contact.
  • Remove a contact from a project
    • Use Remove Contact from Project.

Field descriptions

  • Add Contact: Adds a contact to the project.
  • Add Existing Contact: Opens Add Existing Contact to select an existing contact for the project.
  • Contact Details: Shows details for a contact connected to the project.
  • Contact List: Shows the list of contacts connected to the project.
  • Contact Public: Indicates whether the contact is public.
  • Contact Role Name: The role name shown for the project contact.
  • Related Stakeholders: The related stakeholders field for the project contact.
  • Remove Contact from Project: Removes the selected contact from the project.
