Project Budgets

Link and manage budgets for your project.

Accessing Project Budgets​

  1. Open your project
  2. Click the Budgets tab

How Project Budgets Work​

The Budgets tab connects your project to the Budget Estimator module. You can link existing budgets or create new ones directly from the project.

Linking a Budget​

  1. Click Link Budget
  2. Select an existing budget from the list
  3. The budget will appear in your project's Budgets tab

Creating a New Budget​

  1. Click Create New Budget
  2. Choose the budget type (CapEx, OpEx, or Service Revenue)
  3. Configure budget details
  4. The budget is automatically linked to this project

Viewing Budget Details​

Click any linked budget to view:

  • Budget overview and total amounts
  • Line items
  • Budget documents

For full budget management, use the Budget Estimator module.

Field descriptions​

  • Budget Status — Current budget status for the project
  • Latest Budget Updates — Most recent budget updates for the project
