Related Projects (Projects)

Overview

The Related Projects feature lets you view project-to-project relationships from within a single project. It is available as a project tab labeled Related Projects in the Projects module. This helps you see connections such as a Parent Project and other related project relationships.

How to access

  1. In the Compass sidebar, go to Projects.
  2. Open a project from the Projects list.
  3. Click the Related Projects tab.

Key features

  • View project relationships on the Related Projects tab for a single project.
  • See the Parent Project field for the project (when it is set).

Field descriptions

The following fields are used for related-project information in the Projects module:

  • Related Project: Shows the project’s related project.
  • Parent Project: Shows the project’s parent project (if one is set).
  • Project Name: Identifies each project by name.
  • Tags: Shows tag(s) associated with the project.
  • Stage: Shows the project stage.
  • Status: Shows the project status.
  • Risk Type: Shows the project risk type.
  • At Risk: Indicates whether the project is marked at risk.
  • Risk Adjusted Date: Shows the risk-adjusted date for the project.
  • Risk Notes: Shows risk notes for the project.
  • Project Health: Shows the project health value.
  • Blueprint: Shows the blueprint associated with the project.
  • Created At / Updated At: Shows when the project was created and last updated.
  • Created By / Updated By: Shows which user created and last updated the project.
