Catalog Item Attachments

Overview​

Catalog Item Attachments lets you view and manage attachments for a catalog item in the Budget Estimator module. This feature is available from the Catalog Item view, where attachments are organized under the Attachment(s) tab.

How to access​

  1. In the Compass sidebar, open Budget Estimator.
  2. Go to Catalogs.
  3. Open a catalog, then open a catalog item.
  4. Click the Attachment(s) tab.

Key features​

  • View attachments for a catalog item using the Attachment(s) tab.
  • Work with catalog items within the Budget Estimator areas that include Catalogs, Single Catalog, and Single Catalog Item.

Field descriptions​

  • Attachment(s): The catalog item tab where you access attachments for the selected catalog item.
  • Attachments: The attachments area for the catalog item.
  • File: A file associated with the catalog item attachment.
