Blueprint Change History

Overview​

Blueprint Change History lets you view the Change History for a Budget Blueprint in the Budget Estimator module. This feature is available within a Single Blueprint view, where you can review recorded change history items for that blueprint.

How to access​

  1. In the Compass sidebar, open Budget Estimator.
  2. Go to Budget Blueprints. (This feature is capability-gated and requires permission.)
  3. Open a blueprint to enter the Single Blueprint view.
  4. Click the Change History tab.

Key features​

  • View Budget Blueprints and open a Single Blueprint.
  • Use the Single Blueprint tabs:
    • Base Information
    • Change History
  • Review change history entries shown as Change History Item records.

Field descriptions​

The Change History view uses the following fields (as listed in the module):

  • Change History: The tab where blueprint history is displayed.
  • Change History Item: An individual history entry.
  • Base Information: The other Single Blueprint tab available alongside Change History.
  • Blueprint Name: The name associated with the blueprint.
  • Budget Blueprint: The blueprint entity whose history you are viewing.
  • Budget Blueprints: The area where you select and open a blueprint to view its Change History.
