Budget Estimator Documents
Overview
The Documents feature in the Budget Estimator module lets you view documents for a budget and work with budget document records. You can also upload a document and manage existing document entries from the budget documents list.
How to access
- In your Compass workspace sidebar, go to Budget Estimator.
- Open a budget (View budget).
- Click the Files tab.
Key features
- View budget details and open the Files tab for a budget.
- View Documents for a budget.
- Upload Document to add a new document.
- Edit document for an existing budget document entry.
- Delete document to remove a budget document entry.
- Open the Documents modal for a Related Budget.
- Open the Files modal for a Related Budget.
- Use the Budget Documents table to review document records.
Field descriptions
The Budget Documents table includes these columns:
- Actions: Options available for the document entry.
- Title: The document title.
- File: The attached file for the document entry.
- Description: A description of the document.
- Date Created: When the document entry was created.
- Uploaded By: The user who uploaded the document.
