Budget Estimator Documents

Overview

The Documents feature in the Budget Estimator module lets you view documents for a budget and work with budget document records. You can also upload a document and manage existing document entries from the budget documents list.

How to access

  1. In your Compass workspace sidebar, go to Budget Estimator.
  2. Open a budget (View budget).
  3. Click the Files tab.

Key features

  • View budget details and open the Files tab for a budget.
  • View Documents for a budget.
  • Upload Document to add a new document.
  • Edit document for an existing budget document entry.
  • Delete document to remove a budget document entry.
  • Open the Documents modal for a Related Budget.
  • Open the Files modal for a Related Budget.
  • Use the Budget Documents table to review document records.

Field descriptions

The Budget Documents table includes these columns:

  • Actions: Options available for the document entry.
  • Title: The document title.
  • File: The attached file for the document entry.
  • Description: A description of the document.
  • Date Created: When the document entry was created.
  • Uploaded By: The user who uploaded the document.
