CapEx Budget Blueprints

Overview​

CapEx Budget Blueprints lets you work with CapEx budget blueprints in the Budget Estimator module. From this area, you can view the CapEx blueprints list and open a single blueprint to review its Base Information and Change History. Access to Budget Blueprints is capability-gated (permission required).

How to access​

  1. In the Compass sidebar, open Budget Estimator.
  2. Click Budget Blueprints.
  3. Select the CapEx tab.

Key features​

  • View the Budget Blueprints list filtered to CapEx (tab: CapEx).
  • View blueprint details in Single Blueprint.
  • View the Blueprints Table with these columns: Actions, Name, Type, Date Created, Owner, Last Modified.
  • Open a blueprint to view these tabs:
    • Base Information
    • Change History
  • Use blueprint-related options and labels available in this area, including: All Blueprints, Blueprint Name, Blueprint Selection, Blueprint Information, Blueprint Metadata Bar, Select Budget Blueprint, View blueprint, and Delete blueprint.

Field descriptions​

  • Name: Shown in the Blueprints Table.
  • Type: Shown in the Blueprints Table; includes Cap Ex.
  • Date Created: Shown in the Blueprints Table.
  • Owner: Shown in the Blueprints Table.
  • Last Modified: Shown in the Blueprints Table.
  • Base Information: A tab on a single blueprint.
  • Change History: A tab on a single blueprint.
