Budget Facility Details

Overview​

Budget Facility Details is a tab within a single budget that lets you view and work with Budget Facility Details for that budget. This feature is part of the Budget Estimator module, which handles project budgeting with support for CapEx, OpEx, and Service Revenue.

How to access​

  1. In the Compass sidebar, click Budget Estimator.
  2. Navigate to a budget.
  3. In the budget tabs, click Facility Details (if available).

Key features​

  • View budget information for a single budget using the Facility Details tab.
  • Use Switch Currency while working in the budget.
  • Use Save Changes to save updates.

Field descriptions​

The following fields are available in this feature (as listed for the Budget Estimator module):

  • Budget Facility Details: Facility details data associated with the budget.
  • Facility Details: The budget tab where you access facility details.
  • Project: The related project for the budget.
  • Related Project: The project linked to the budget.
  • Budget Name: The name of the budget.
  • Budget Type: The type of budget (for example, Cap Ex, Op Ex, Service Revenue).
  • Currency: The currency used for the budget.
  • Alt Currency: An alternative currency option for the budget.
  • Alternative Currency: The alternative currency used when applicable.
  • Applied Exchange Rate: The exchange rate applied to the budget.
  • Exchange Rate: The exchange rate value used for currency conversion.
  • Conversion Date: The date used for currency conversion.
